Our story

Ìntera was born in 2003 under the name "Nissardi & associati" and took its current name in 2008.

In 2013 Ìntera srl was acquired by the company “Gain srl” of Ezio Maria Gruttadauria, former senior partner of Ecosfera S.p.A., in which he directed the “Architecture and Engineering department”.

In 2014, Ìntera acquires from Ecosfera S.p.A. the "Architecture and Engineering" branch of the company, including the technical-economic requirements, human resources, their experience, technical equipment and clients.

Twenty years of experience in the field of architecture and engineering and in all levels of the project, from the territorial scale to detail, and a portfolio including works such as Auditorium of Rome, Perugia International Airport, the nursery “model school” in Bolzano, the new “Territorial Operation Control Building” for High Speed Railway in Milan.

Taking care of the works creations designed by great signatures of Italian architecture, the team of "Intera" has developed considerable design and technical skills to manage the entire construction process: architectural and structural design, works supervision, technical consultancy for Public Administration, private Clients and construction companies.

Since 2014, Ìntera srl has also undertake an intense path of continuous training of its technicians aimed at integral design in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) environment, that has been reflected in a large number of projects in Italy and in the Middle East.

In partnership with an Italian engineering company, Ìntera srl is actively working in the Sultanate of Oman, through a local company based in Muscat, and has already developed a big number of design and works supervision in residential and commercial building sector and infrastructural projects.

 

Our Vision characterizes the development of company activities, which are constantly oriented towards the project excellence. The pursuit of this ambitious goal is based on some basic principles that must support the three fundamental cornerstones of our activity.
