Golf tower

The Golf tower is located in the Muscat Hills area between the Muscat International Airport and the new Oman Convention & Exihibition Center and it is a tower that includes two underground plains, a ground floor with commercial area, six residential floors and a penthouse floor.
The Client requested a building that was inserted in an appropriate manner in the surrounding environment but, at the same time, with a great appeal for end users due to its distinctive formal character and its references to the best international experiences in similar contexts.
The exterior forms of the building recall the Mediterranean style with light colors, large windows and large terraces with features similar to those of many existing buildings in the seaside cities of southern Europe and the southeastern United States.
In the design and construction of the Golf Tower , materials from Italy such as porcelain stoneware tiles, kitchen furniture, sliding doors and lighting fixtures have frequently been used.
